Description

Trigger your pneumatic mechanical winches

The 100g pneumatic opening box allows the activation of mechanical winches equipped with a pneumatic module by striking a CO₂ cartridge. The box is intended for controlling the opening of Natural Smoke and Heat Evacuation Devices ( NSHEDs ). Suitable for use in commercial and industrial buildings and establishments open to the public.

Operation and operating procedure

To trigger the opening: press the front plexiglass window until it tilts into the box, then lower the lever until it locks. The impact releases the gas from the CO₂ cartridge and activates the pneumatic winch . The box can hold two cartridges , a safety cartridge and a reserve cartridge.

Installation and maintenance

The enclosure is wall-mounted; four mounting holes are provided on the rear. A top outlet and a rear outlet are located in the same location for connecting to other devices. A seal hole is located at the bottom of the cover; a cover attachment point with its associated screw is provided at the front in the lower part.
Before commissioning, check that the CO₂ cartridge is sufficient to operate the connected equipment.
Maintenance recommended 1 to 2 times per year.
Preventive/corrective maintenance every 10 years maximum.
