Reach and test detectors up to 3.50 m

The Open Detector Test Kit provides the essential accessories to reach a detector up to 3.50 m away without using a ladder, and verify its proper operation by projecting a test gas to trigger and control the sensor response.

Remote control and test modes

A trigger located at the bottom of the pole allows the aerosol to be activated remotely .
Two control methods are proposed:
- The open test, which reproduces a direct projection situation
- The closed test, which favors speed and reduced aerosol consumption (ref. 0321 and 0322).

Kit Contents

- An HSI FIRE open test pole
- A 1.5 m aluminum extension (ref. 0352)
- A streaming adapter
- A 150 ml test aerosol (ref. 0360)
The length of the kit without the additional extension is 2.26 m.

Instructions for use and safety

Before use, check that the components are securely fastened and follow the procedure for inserting and locking the aerosol. Observe the precautions relating to the flammability and pressure of the gas contained in the aerosol, as well as the manufacturer's recommendations for storage and handling.
