Certified fire blanket, made in Europe
3 layers for optimal protection
While fire blankets are generally made of 2 layers of fiberglass, the 0697 and 0697B blankets have:
- 2 layers of fiberglass fabric
- 1 fireproof PVC film
Thanks to this, for kitchen fires for example, flammable fats do not pass through the mesh of the fire blanket to ignite again above.
The blankets are intended for small fires. The 097B model (1.20 mx 1.80 m) allows you to extinguish, for example, an emerging fire on a cooking appliance, while having a large surface to wrap up an affected employee if necessary.
Certified production
Cover certified BS EN 1869:2019, with an ISO 9001 certified quality process.
In accordance with current regulations and reminders from the European regulatory authority, fire blankets that do not have a compliant certification number on their housing must be removed.
Practical packaging, simple use, rapid response
The hard case allows for a neatly stored cover.
The images and associated text in French allow anyone without training to understand the rules of use.
The 2 fireproof straps allow immediate removal of the cover in an emergency.

Regulation and control
No legal text requires the installation of a fire blanket.
In line with article L. 4121-1 of the Labor Code, in order to guarantee the safety of teams and the protection of premises, the fire blanket is an efficient low investment to protect professional kitchens and workshops where stored flammable products.
These fire blankets are not certified to contain a lithium battery fire.
The checking technician and/or the inspection body ensures annually the presence of the fire blanket.
The inspection report highlights the certification number, compliance with the 2019 certification and the absence of use.
