This safety enclosure protects emergency shut-off devices and gas valves against accidental or malicious tampering. Its design meets regulatory requirements for Public Access Buildings (ERP), providing a compliance solution for all your buildings.
The steel structure is coated with red epoxy paint which, in addition to protecting the metal against corrosion, ensures instant visual identification by emergency services. This visibility is further enhanced by a plexiglass window , allowing the valve's condition to be viewed while protecting direct access .
Adapt the installation according to the constraints of your premises
This model is designed for surface mounting on a wall bracket and requires cutouts on the sides to allow pipes to pass through to the valve inlets and outlets. This design allows you to precisely adjust the opening to the diameter of your pipes for a custom installation.
The enclosure can be installed so that the door opens to the left or to the right , without requiring disassembly. This flexibility allows the device to adapt to the specific constraints of your technical rooms, particularly when the swing space is limited by a wall or other equipment.
Secure access and simplified maintenance
The control box is equipped with a standard H520 lock , ensuring that only authorized personnel can access the mechanism for routine maintenance. To guarantee secure management of your equipment, the unit is supplied with two H520 keys , providing a backup in case of need.
In an absolute emergency, access to the valve requires no key, as the plexiglass window is designed to break quickly, thus releasing the shut-off mechanism without delay. This system allows for both the daily protection of the equipment and rapid intervention by emergency services if necessary.
