Installing this ladder tie restricts the use of ladders in common areas of buildings, stairwells, or technical rooms. Thanks to its 11 mm triangular locking mechanism , access is limited to authorized personnel and maintenance services equipped with the appropriate technical key.
This device provides a locking function and prevents misuse of the equipment. Its red RAL 3000 epoxy paint allows for quick identification of the equipment, while also offering protection against oxidation in enclosed environments.
Anti-burglary design and increased security
The tie's geometry is designed to prevent unauthorized removal of the bracket. The two mounting holes (10 mm diameter) are positioned on one side, behind an internal U-shaped profile. This configuration prevents access to the mounting screws with a screwdriver.
For installation, it is necessary to use appropriate fixing systems (plugs and screws that can be tightened with a key) since front access is blocked by the 1.20 kg steel structure. This passive shielding system increases the assembly's resistance to forced removal attempts without the proper tools.

With a depth of 198 mm , this bracket fits standard ladder stiles for mechanical immobilization . The 30 mm diameter triangular lock is designed to withstand regular handling in communal or industrial settings.
The lock is opened using an 11 mm triangular key (not supplied). The 28 mm fixing center distance allows for installation on various types of wall surfaces (concrete, brick, or metal), ensuring the stability of the security device.
