Description

Additional maintenance and recharging of ANAF devices

The NF S 61-919 standard and the manufacturer's recommendations are linked to a replacement of the additive after 3 years, or even 5 years.

Periodic inspection of auxiliary pressure devices requires annual opening of the device.

Periodic inspection of permanent pressure extinguishers requires opening the devices every 3 or 5 years, or even replacement (mobile technician without nitrogen, unavailability of spare parts).

Handling pressurized equipment is risky. It is carried out by qualified technicians. For example, someone with a vocational certificate (CAP) as a fire extinguisher inspection agent.

To protect the environment, favor auxiliary pressure devices with separate dose additives in order to significantly limit the release into nature of chemical products mixed with drinking water.

Safety data sheet available from the manufacturer, or on request following purchase.
