Check the weight of the CO₂ cartridges

The OPTIMO 5000 scale is designed to check the weight of CO₂ cartridges used in pneumatic and smoke extraction systems. Its 5,000g capacity and gram graduation allow for routine checks in the workshop or on site.

Display and status functions

The device has an LCD display that indicates the operating status via the following codes:
- “ Lo ”: low battery, change the batteries.
- “ Err ”: overload, capacity exceeded.
- “ UnSt ”: unstable bottom, reposition the scale on a flat surface.

The Tare function allows the display to be reset to zero and an automatic shut-off cuts off the power after 60 seconds of inactivity to preserve the batteries.

Accessories and supplies

The scale is supplied with 4 AAA batteries (1.5 V) and instructions in French. It does not have an integrated cartridge holder; however, compatible stops are available under reference 656.

Practical use

The compact platform (150 × 130 mm) makes it easy to measure cartridges. When used on an unstable surface, the " UnSt " indicator signals the need to reposition the scale.
