Description
Protection and compatibility
The detector protection grille is designed to limit damage caused by vandalism or accidental impacts while maintaining the proper functioning of the smoke detector. It is compatible with all detectors compliant with the NF standard with a diameter of 136 mm and a height of 60 mm.
Design and materials
The grid is made of plastic-coated steel wire, which provides mechanical protection while providing a non-abrasive outer surface for the detector housing. The plastic coating helps reduce the risk of damage to the housing upon contact.
Installation and use
The grille is attached around the detector using the supplied mounting kit. Once installed, it allows the air intake necessary for detection and does not affect the visibility of the detector's indicator lights.
