Fire Bucket

Meet the safety requirements of your buildings

Installing this fire bucket ensures your equipment complies with the specific regulations for public buildings (Art. MS 38) and residential parking lots (Art. 96). It is an essential accessory for 100-liter sandboxes, allowing staff or the public to quickly respond to a small Class B fire.

For industrial sites and flammable liquid storage facilities, this model meets the requirements of the APSAD R5 standard and the NF S62-201 standard relating to fire hose reels. Its presence is also mandatory in certain classified installations (ICPE), particularly for the storage of paper, cardboard or wood, where it complements fixed fire extinguishing systems.

For public institutions:
- Article MS 38 provides, for example, for the presence of buckets to allow staff and possibly the public to intervene in the event of a fire.

For residential parking lots:
- Article 96 provides for the presence, at each level, of a 100 L sand or absorbent bin equipped with a round-bottomed bucket and placed near the traffic ramp.

For companies certified by APSAD R5 and those aiming to comply with technical standards:
- The NF S62-201 standard relating to fire hose reels requires the presence of a "metal bucket with a domed bottom and a minimum capacity of 10 litres with its support"

The APSAD R5 rule also provides for the presence of a bucket for "above-ground storage of flammable liquids or gases", in addition to the 100 L sandbox and the shovel.

According to the regulations, in classified establishments, the presence of fire buckets may also be required.
