Our delivery channels

Postage is free for orders over €1,200.

Our delivery times vary according to the availability of the products and the constraints put forward by the customer. In general, our average delivery time varies between 24 hours (packages ordered before noon) and 7 days (delivery by pallet in isolated areas).

The delivery time specified online depends on the following parameters

• Package or pallet
• Presence of risky products (pressurised gas, chemical products, magnets, etc.)
• Presence of "oversized" product
• Shipping by land, air or sea

If you require express delivery, partial delivery or a specific time, please request a quote.

If the delivery time is extended due to a shortage, we encourage you to order the available products, and to choose to be alerted when the stock is positive again.
