Stackable fire extinguisher case - H650

Robust protection for your safety equipment

This compact case is designed to house 6L fire extinguishers (maintained or auxiliary pressure) and 2kg CO2 models. Made from injection-molded polypropylene resin , it offers high resistance to impacts , UV rays, and weathering . Its optimized, cardboard-free packaging allows for efficient logistics, with a capacity of up to 80 units per pallet.

Access to the equipment is ensured by two quick-release clips . To enhance security against theft or damage, the case includes a dedicated slot for adding a padlock (not included).

Modular support system and spare parts

For perfect stability, the interior features two nylon rings (Ø 170-190 mm) combined with two rubber straps . This system prevents any movement of the device, even in environments prone to vibration.

The case offers excellent technical modularity:
- Reversible opening : The door opening direction (left or right) adapts to your premises constraints depending on the direction in which you install the box on its support.
- Internal adjustment : If the box is reversed during installation, the retaining ring can be moved to be repositioned at the bottom.
- Simplified maintenance : The support components are available separately:
- Closure strap : reference 824A . (Caution: high-strength fixing, difficult to remove once installed).
- Retaining ring : reference 824B .
- Permanent signage : Two "Fire Extinguisher" logos are directly molded in relief on the casing for immediate identification.

Custom installation and sealing

The base of the enclosure features 14 pre-drilled holes , offering complete freedom to create the wall mounting spacing that best suits your needs. A sealing gasket protects the equipment from moisture and dust, while the viewing window allows for quick visual inspection without opening the enclosure.

Technical note: Due to internal dimensions (H 650 mm), some 6L fire extinguisher hoses may require adjustment during insertion. Check the positioning to avoid any stress on the equipment.
