Description
Protect your foam concentrate tank from the external environment
The cover for 1000L IBCs , made of red PVC-coated nylon with UV treatment, is designed to protect foam concentrate containers from external damage and to mark them . Its dimensions are 120 x 100 x 116 cm.
Access to the emulsifier without completely removing the cover
A removable opening at the top and a Velcro flap on the front allow direct access to the foam concentrate without having to completely remove the cover. Eyelets at the bottom allow for the attachment of a cord or bungee cord to close the cover and secure it in place against the wind.
A fabric tested for outdoor use
The PVC-coated nylon fabric has a tear resistance of 40 N according to ISO 4674:1977 A2, a waterproof rating of 2000 mm according to ISO 811 (1981), and is resistant to temperatures ranging from -30°C to 70°C . Its UV resistance is rated 7/8 according to ISO 105. Its flammability is less than 100 mm/min, as indicated by the German standard DIN 75200.
Manufacturing and accessories
The fabric is sewn in France, with reinforced seams. A spill containment tray is available upon request.
