This complete kit allows you to quickly connect your fire hose reels or fire hoses to their supply line , even when the new model differs from the original installation. By using this flexible hose, you reduce the need for on-site welding or threading work, enabling a faster return to service of your fire protection equipment.
The design of this sleeve is carefully considered to avoid affecting the hydraulic performance of your network . It complies with the requirements of standard NF S 62.201 as well as the requirements of the APSAD R5 rule, guaranteeing an installation that meets the expectations of insurers and inspection bodies.
Robust design suitable for demanding environments
The one-meter hose consists of an EPDM inner tube protected by a galvanized steel braid , offering effective resistance to pressure and mechanical handling . This material has a "flame-retardant" rating, ensuring fire resistance suitable for the constraints of technical rooms and industrial areas.
Each end is fitted with crimped galvanized steel fittings , ensuring a watertight connection under a working pressure of up to 8 bar . The quality of the materials used prevents premature corrosion and guarantees the long-term durability of the connection, even in the event of vibrations or slight pipe movement.
A complete kit ready for installation
The unit is delivered as a ready-to-assemble kit including all the necessary connection accessories: a G 1.1/2" double female threaded "UNION" fitting for connection to the pipe, a G 1.1/2" double male threaded "STRAIGHT" fitting , and a G 1.1/2" double female threaded 90° "ELBOWS" fitting for connection to the appliance's tap. This variety of accessories allows for adaptation to the different installation configurations encountered in the field.
Detailed assembly instructions are provided to guide the installer through the assembly steps. With its G 1.1/2" gas threads, this device is strictly compatible with DN33 type equipment , ensuring a precise and secure connection without additional modifications.
