Hardware design and access to the document
Made of medium-density polyethylene , this black box offers good resistance to dust in industrial or commercial environments while remaining fully recyclable. Access to the document is via a sequential clip-on opening , operated first from the top and then from the bottom, preventing accidental opening of the front panel. The internal space is sized to accommodate most standard regulatory registers or bound files without bending the pages.
Wall mounting and securing the contents
The enclosure features a dedicated space for installing a padlock or security seal to restrict access or visually signal any consultation of the document. For installation, the base of the enclosure has 183 x 150 mm mounting holes , facilitating direct wall mounting near main access points, security stations, or technical rooms. A text-based identification label is included in the box to clearly indicate the enclosure's function.
