The male hexagon crank is designed for use with older mechanical winches (ref. 9601) for testing and resetting smoke extraction systems. It allows manual operation of the mechanism when necessary.
The handle is shaped to facilitate grip; it can rotate 360° around the rod, allowing continuous use and facilitating rapid activation of the device to which it is attached.
The crank combines a plastic handle and a metal hexagonal rod. Its male hexagonal rod fits onto the end piece provided on older winches (ref. 9601) to ensure the closing or testing operation.
