Description

A bucket designed to pair with sandboxes and Armed Fire Valves (RIA)

The handle makes transport and projection easier.

The round bottom; equipped with a fixing handle, prevents the bucket from being used for other applications, on the one hand, and it allows the bucket to be fixed if necessary inverted to avoid water retention and the deposit of waste .

Steel sheet with red epoxy paint.

Mandatory equipment

For public establishments, article MS 38 provides, for example, for the presence of buckets to allow staff and possibly the public to intervene in the event of a fire.

For residential parking lots, article 96 provides for the presence, at each level, of a 100 L sand or absorbent box equipped with a round-bottomed bucket and placed near the traffic ramp .

For APSAD R5 certified companies and those aiming to comply with technical standards, the NF S62-201 standard linked to the RIA provides for the presence of a “metal bucket with a rounded bottom of minimum capacity 10 liters with its support”

The APSAD R5 rule also provides for the presence of a bucket for “overhead storage of flammable liquids or gases”, in addition to the 100 L sandbox and the shovel.

According to the decrees, classified establishments , the presence of fire buckets may also be imposed.
Example: Section 1530 (Paper and Cardboard), Section 2410 (Wood).
