The PRIMO3 400L A is a self-contained LED emergency lighting unit designed for ambient lighting . Operating in non-permanent mode , it automatically switches on in the event of a power outage and provides one hour of autonomy with a luminous flux of 400 lm .
SATI self-testing technology
The device incorporates SATI self-testing technology , which automatically performs the periodic checks required by standards NF C 71-820 and NF EN 62034: a weekly 30-second test and a six-monthly one-hour battery life test. The luminaire must be positioned to avoid prolonged viewing at a distance of less than 0.39 m , in accordance with requirements regarding the risk of retinal damage from blue light.
Electrical and environmental characteristics
The unit operates at 230 V - 50 Hz with a power consumption of 0.7 W and uses two 4.8 V - 1.1 Ah nickel-metal hydride batteries . It has an IP42 protection rating and an IK07 impact resistance rating , which can be increased to IK10 with the optional mounting screws. It complies with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and REACH (Does not contain any substances subject to authorization) regulations. The Ni-MH batteries contain nickel, a substance that can be harmful if it comes into prolonged contact with the skin.
Installation and maintenance
The light is surface-mounted, with a wall or ceiling mounting kit available as an accessory. The LED light source is replaceable.
