Description
Protect your fire hose reel from dust, oxidation and vandalism
The RIA model M1 ROT DN33* cover is designed to protect ROT DN33* fire hose reels (RIA), with a flange measuring 575 mm in diameter, installed in covered areas. It protects them against dust , oxidation, and vandalism .
For outdoor use, a UV and rain resistant model is available on request, intended for industrial sites, campsites and other outdoor installations.
Secured with Velcro and elastic at the back
The 44.5 cm Velcro closure and the rear elastic strap secure the cover and hose reel in place, reducing the risk of the cover opening or tearing under the weight of the reel. Without a dedicated removal strap, the rear elastic allows the cover to be fully opened for removal during operations. The seams are reinforced for durability.
A tested and certified fabric
The PVC-coated polyester fabric has a waterproof rating of 2000 mm according to ISO 811 (1981) and a tear resistance of 45 N according to ISO 4674 A1. Its M1 flammability rating is validated according to NF P92-503. The fabric is sewn in France.
UV resistance and conditioning
The colorfastness to UV rays is average; indoor use is recommended to minimize fading over time. This cover is sold individually.
