Visual and audible signal for sector alarm

The sound and light diffuser connects to mains alarm systems (references 986-2 and 986-4) and combines a 90 dB sound warning measured at 2 meters and a white light flash at 1 Hz to make the signal clearly perceptible indoors. The sound/flash pair allows the alert to be adapted to the constraints of spaces receiving the public.

Installation and wiring

The diffuser is wired and connects with a 1.5 mm² CR1 pair. It is designed for indoor installation and can be installed on center distances of 44–61 mm and incorporates a label holder to identify the zone or the associated detector. It is compatible with the mains alarm systems referenced 986-2 and 986-4.

Compliance and use in the professional environment

The diffuser is suitable for environments such as establishments open to the public (ERP) and those open to workers (ERT). It is NFS 61-936 and NF S32-001 certified, has an IP30 / IK07 protection rating and operates from −10 °C to +55 °C. These elements describe its technical characteristics (mechanical resistance, protection against dust and range of use).
