The BSL+ 48...230/60L ground beacon provides evacuation lighting in parking lots, with a luminous flux of 45 lm and 4 illuminated windows. Battery-free, it is powered by a centralized source.

Waterproof (IP68) , impact-resistant (IK10) , it can be installed every 15 meters maximum , in addition to high-level lighting. It is NF AEAS certified and complies with article PS22 of the ERP regulations.

Description

Mark out the evacuation route from your parking lots at ground level


The BSL+ 48...230/60L is an LED ground beacon designed for evacuation signage in parking lots, in accordance with article PS22 of the ERP safety regulations. Without its own battery, it is powered by a centralized source . Its 316L stainless steel body incorporates four polycarbonate windows, providing a luminous flux of 45 lm .

A spacing of 15 meters, to be complemented by high-position lighting


Meeting the requirements of articles EC7 to EC11 of the safety regulations, the BSL+ allows a maximum spacing of 15 meters between two beacons, compared to 10 meters for a standard light source. The installation must be supplemented by emergency evacuation lighting luminaires (LSC or BAES) in a high position, themselves spaced a maximum of 15 meters apart.

Electrical and environmental characteristics


The device is powered by 48 to 220 V DC or 230 V AC from a centralized source, with a power consumption of 0.8 W DC or 1.3 VA AC. It features an IP68 protection rating (waterproof to 2 m immersion) and an IK10 impact resistance rating , for use between -20 °C and +60 °C. It complies with RoHS requirements (Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Installation and connection


Connection is made via an IP68 waterproof connector with a mains plug, supplied with crimp terminals. The light source is not replaceable; at the end of its life, the entire light fixture must be replaced.
